We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Fresher) who is curious about platform algorithms and eager to learn how to build campaigns that actually convert.

Strategy & Campaign Execution

- Develop a strong understanding of clients' industries, products, audiences, and competitors to support campaign planning with clarity and intent.
- Assist in planning, executing, and managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax), and other platforms as needed.
- Support keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis under guidance.
- Learn to translate client business goals into structured, measurable campaign plans.
- Assist in tracking campaign budgets and pacing for efficient spend.
- Stay curious about platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and industry trends.

Optimization & Testing

- Monitor daily campaign performance under mentorship and learn to optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs.
- Support troubleshooting of tracking and attribution issues to ensure data accuracy.
- Support for Internal & Client Teams
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to help brief and align ad assets with campaign goals.
- Assist account management with campaign context, timelines, and performance updates for client conversations.

Quality & Client Communication

- Support reviews of campaign setups for accuracy — targeting, budgets, tracking, and creative alignment — before going live.
- Build attention to detail across every targeting parameter, budget cap, and tracking tag.




- Learn to present performance updates clearly to clients and stakeholders over time.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

- Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance, spend efficiency, and funnel metrics across platforms.
- Support the creation of weekly/monthly reports with data-backed observations and recommendations.

Team Collaboration & Time Management

- Work closely with creative, content, and account management teams to support campaign execution.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are adhered to by all involved stakeholders.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in performance marketing / paid media (internships count).
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; willingness to get hands-on quickly.
- Strong analytical mindset comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
- Basic understanding of funnel metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS).
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced, learning-oriented environment.
