We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer who can independently manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, competitor research, and performance-driven growth strategies.

Key responsibilities - Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Lead Generation.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
- Perform audience research, campaign structuring, and A/B testing.
- Manage advertising budgets and scale profitable campaigns.
- Handle social media marketing and campaign coordination.
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies for lead generation and business growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4),



Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs.

Required skills - Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Excellent understanding of campaign optimization and scaling.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI).
- Experience in competitor research and marketing strategy.
- Ability to manage and grow paid campaigns independently.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable business results. Preferred candidate - Has managed multiple client accounts successfully.
- Understands lead generation, education, real estate, healthcare, and e-commerce campaigns.
