SPOK Digital is a digital marketing agency focused on helping brands grow through creative, performance-driven digital marketing strategies. We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of paid advertising campaigns and drive measurable results for our clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketer with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to achieve business and lead-generation goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Monitor key metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Continuously test and optimize audiences, creatives, ad copies, placements, and landing pages.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable performance insights.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and dashboards.
- Work closely with the creative, content, and social media teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.




- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta, Google Ads, tracking, attribution, and digital advertising trends.

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns and generating measurable results.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Positive knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Pixel, tracking, and conversion measurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies or multiple client accounts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
