Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Delhi, India.

The Performance

Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing campaign budgets, tracking key performance metrics, analyzing data, and preparing reports to inform strategy and decision-making. The role involves collaborating with product, sales, and creative teams to develop targeted messaging, landing pages, and promotional assets.





The Performance

Marketer will also be expected to test new channels, run A/B experiments, and continuously refine campaigns for higher ROI and improved user journeys.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, and other digital acquisition channels.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign tracking, data interpretation, and performance reporting.

Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, ad platforms, and basic conversion rate optimization techniques.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in financial services or fintech is an advantage but not required.

Comfort working in an on-site, rapid-paced environment with transparent performance goals and deadlines.
