Role Description The Performance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing and optimizing campaign performance across multiple advertising channels. This role involves monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing data and trends, and recommending improvements to maximize ROI for client campaigns.

The Performance

Manager will collaborate closely with account managers, creative teams, and digital specialists to align performance goals with client objectives and budget constraints. Daily tasks include preparing performance reports, conducting reviews with internal stakeholders, coordinating training to enhance team capabilities,



and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role also requires proactive identification of performance risks and opportunities, along with clear communication of insights and action plans.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and develop data-driven performance strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage client expectations.
- Proficiency in performance management, including setting KPIs, tracking results, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in training team members to improve performance-related skills and adherence to best practices.
- Ability to manage budgeting and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, ad managers, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in a performance, operations, or campaign management role within advertising, marketing, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, in office team environment.
