Hiring: PeopleSoft Technical (HRMS) Consultant

Location: Remote

Timings: As per company working hours

Experience: 8–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with strong development expertise in PeopleSoft HRMS and enterprise-level integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize and support PeopleSoft HRMS applications
- Design and maintain interfaces between PeopleSoft and third-party systems
- Troubleshoot application, integration and performance-related issues
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users and technical teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation, coding standards and specifications
- Support enterprise-wide PeopleSoft implementation and enhancement projects

Mandatory Skills:
- PeopleSoft 9.2 development experience
- Core HRMS, North America Payroll, Perks and Time & Labor
- PeopleTools 8.55
- PeopleCode, COBOL, SQL and SQR
- Integration Broker and web services
- Application Packages and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- Fluid User Interface, WorkCenters and Activity Guides
- Pivot Grids and Oracle SQL
- Third-party system integrations
- Data Mover, Application Designer and Query Manager




- Process Scheduler and job scheduling

Required Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical team members
