We’re Hiring: PeopleSoft Functional Consultant

ASYVA InfoTech is looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Consultant to support a Payroll Transformation project across EMEA and APAC.

Location: Remote

Work Type: Full-Time Contract

Timings: As per company working hours

Experience: 8 Years

Role Overview

The consultant will analyse, redesign and resolve payroll business-process issues involving vendor integrations across multiple countries in the EMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and redesign PeopleSoft Payroll and Benefits processes
- Identify and resolve business-process and integration issues
- Manage vendor integrations for multiple countries across EMEA and APAC
- Configure PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Benefits modules
- Prepare functional and solution-design documents
- Create test plans, test scenarios and detailed test scripts
- Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution and production validation
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, users and business stakeholders
- Review technical builds with developers to ensure alignment with functional requirements

Mandatory Skills:

✅ PeopleSoft 9.2 Payroll and Benefits (HCM)

✅ Strong PeopleSoft functional configuration experience

✅ Payroll transformation or multi-country payroll experience

✅ Vendor and third-party system integrations

✅ SQL for data analysis,



validation and troubleshooting

✅ Functional and solution-design documentation

✅ Test planning, test-case preparation and execution

✅ Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills

Additional Technical Knowledge

- Understanding of PeopleSoft technical components
- Familiarity with Application Engine and SQR
- Ability to review and evaluate technical solutions with developers

✅ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

✅ Immediate availability is mandatory
