Design and develop customer journeys and case management solutions using Pega CJCM.

Configure and customize Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and related customer engagement capabilities.

Develop and manage Pega case types, workflows, stages, processes, SLAs, and business rules.

Configure Customer Journey Management capabilities to deliver personalized customer experiences.

Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions.

Develop and configure Pega UI, data models, decisioning rules, integrations, and APIs.

Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration frameworks.

Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.

Follow Pega best practices and ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and maintainable.

Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, code reviews, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, QA,



and other development teams.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications Pega CSA / CSSA certification is preferred.

Experience working on Pega Customer Decision Hub / Next-Best-Action implementations.

Exposure to Pega Customer Service or other Pega CRM solutions.

Experience in production support and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of CI/CD and Pega deployment practices.
