Job Title : Associate - Sr Infrastructure Operations & ServicesExperience : 5 to 10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities
Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure operations and toolchain platforms to ensure high availability and stability.
Develop, automate, and enhance operational processes using Python, Ansible, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Terraform.
Troubleshoot incidents, resolve production issues, and manage problem and change requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions.
Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes.
Integrate and manage RESTful APIs and cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
Monitor system performance, implement automation, and drive continuous process improvements.
Participate in shift support, on-call activities,



and major release deployments to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Requisites
Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Solid hands-on experience with Unix/Linux Shell Scripting and Python.
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and GitLab CI.
Valuable understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices.
Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab version control systems.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes (ITIL/ServiceNow is an advantage).
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with cloud platforms (AWS or hybrid cloud settings is preferred).
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams and work in rotational shifts.
