Position description: Join Jindal Ferrous Limited's Blast Furnace - E&A; department as a key technical skilled responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of iron making projects. This role demands a thorough understanding of blast furnace operations, project management, and engineering principles within the mining and metals industry.

The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive innovation in iron making processes to support the company's strategic growth objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in the detailed engineering design and development of iron making projects within the blast furnace division.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.




Support the implementation of safety protocols and compliance with environmental regulations during project execution.
Conduct technical analysis and troubleshooting of blast furnace operations to identify areas for process optimization.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to facilitate smooth commissioning and handover of current installations.
Prepare technical documentation, including project specifications, drawings, and operation manuals.
Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project challenges.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data and recommending engineering solutions.
Support training programs for junior engineers and operational staff on recent technologies and project updates.
