Backend Architect | Java | Spring Boot | Microservices

We're looking for an experienced Backend Architect to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems for our AI-powered platform.

What You'll Do
Architect and develop enterprise-scale backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Design scalable, reliable, and secure distributed systems.
Build robust REST APIs and event-driven applications using technologies like Kafka.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
Work with Redis/Aerospike, SQL & NoSQL databases, and cloud-native technologies.
Drive architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, and establish coding best practices.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.




Ensure operational excellence through CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and production support.

What We're Looking For
12+ years of backend software engineering experience.
Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, Redis/Aerospike, REST APIs, SQL & NoSQL databases.
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Solid knowledge of system design, multithreading, concurrency, caching, and performance tuning.
Currently hands-on with coding and experienced in leading architecture for large-scale backend platforms.
