Assistant Program Lead – Girls' Education Program

Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand

Employment Type: Full time

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Support the Program Manager in planning and implementing project activities.
Monitor program progress, collect and analyze data, and maintain MIS.
Prepare reports, documentation, and donor updates.
Coordinate with schools, field teams, government stakeholders, and internal departments.
Conduct field visits to ensure program quality and compliance.
Support procurement, training, and operational coordination.

Requirements
Postgraduate degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in education, child development, or NGO programs.
Experience in program monitoring, reporting, MIS, and stakeholder coordination.
Robust communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel within project locations.
