Assistant Project Manager
Manage multiple client site deployments end-to-end (installation, integration, commissioning) against timelines.
Coordinate with technical/engineering teams for in office resource and manpower availability.
Resolve/escalate site issues; maintain progress trackers, documentation, and client sign-offs.
Act as primary client point of contact; lead status meetings and site walkthroughs.
Handle client queries, escalations, and change requests; build long-term relationships.
Resolve billing discrepancies (PO/GRN/sign-offs) with Finance; maintain payment tracker.
Share periodic status reports (progress, risks, payments) with the Project Manager.
Support project planning, resource allocation,



and liaison between clients and internal teams.

Required Skills
Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/IT) or Business Administration; MBA preferred, not mandatory.
Solid communication and client-handling skills with plant-level and management stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects/sites simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Basic understanding of automation/AI-based industrial systems is a plus (training provided).
Solid problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
