Job Purpose To ensure the implementation and monitoring of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards across construction sites by promoting a secure work workplace, ensuring statutory compliance, minimizing workplace risks, and driving a solid safety culture for high-rise residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor the Project Safety Management Plan in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification to ensure compliance with EHS standards.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures during civil, structural, finishing, MEP, faade, and fit-out activities.
Monitor high-risk work including work at height, lifting operations, excavation, confined space entry, hot work, and electrical activities.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, mock drills, and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.




Ensure availability and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across the project site.
Maintain all statutory safety records, permits, inspection reports, safety observations, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and government authorities on safety compliance matters.
Monitor emergency preparedness, firefighting systems, first aid arrangements, and evacuation procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations including the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act, National Building Code (NBC), and other relevant statutory requirements.
Support implementation of ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System (preferred).
