BIMora Infotech is a growing BIM consultancy specializing in Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM services. We deliver high-quality BIM modeling, coordination, clash detection, shop drawings, BOQ extraction, and LOD 300–500 solutions for construction projects.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a solid network in the BIM, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry who can bring qualified BIM opportunities and convert them into projects.

Responsibilities
Generate qualified BIM leads from contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and MEP companies.
Build relationships with decision-makers including BIM Managers, Project Managers, Engineering Heads, and Directors.
Identify outsourcing opportunities for BIM services.
Present BIMora's service offerings to prospective clients.




Schedule client meetings and coordinate technical discussions.
Negotiate commercial terms and help close projects.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates.
Work independently to achieve project acquisition targets.

Required Experience
Minimum 5+ years of Business Development experience in the BIM / AEC industry.
Proven track record of acquiring BIM projects.
Existing network of contractors, developers, architects, MEP companies, or engineering consultants.
Solid understanding of BIM workflows and industry terminology.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
