Job Title: Behavioural Counsellor

:

The Behavioural Counsellor supports students' emotional, social, and behavioural well-being by identifying behavioural concerns, providing individual and group counselling, implementing behaviour intervention strategies, and collaborating with teachers and parents. The counsellor promotes a protected, inclusive, and positive school setting while helping students develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and positive interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide counselling for students with behavioural and emotional concerns.
Assess and monitor students' behavioural needs and progress.
Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student well-being.




Conduct workshops on mental health, life skills, and social-emotional learning.
Maintain confidential student records and prepare counselling reports.
Refer students to external professionals when required.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
Certification or training in child/adolescent counselling is preferred.
2–5 years of experience in a school or child counselling setting.
Robust communication, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
