Responsibilities
Involved in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, reference checking, and salary negotiations.
Understanding the requirement and coordinating for shortlisting and screening, including a preliminary interview of the candidates.
Requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high organizational skills.
Experience in recruitment from various job portals and a personal source/database.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Should be a team player.
Robust verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms.
The candidate should have knowledge of hiring beyond the job portals.
The candidate shall have a prior experience of at least 4+ years in recruitment.
Bulk hiring experience is a must.
BPO hiring background is preferable.
