Role & responsibilities:
Actively engage with existing and potential lenders and investors to raise debt liabilities and assist the Head of Treasury in day-to-day management.
Preparing proposals, term sheets, Information Memorandum and compiler of other information required by banks, Mutual funds, other financial intermediaries for fundraising under recent/renewal/enhancement of limits.
Ensuring availability of funds for the day- to-day operations.
Ensuring meeting payment obligations for all funding requirements of internal and external commitments of the company.
Preparing ALM presentations for ALCO review and ALM reports for agencies, other MIS reports for Senior Management.
Negotiating with Lenders on commercial & legal aspects.
Treasury Compliance.
Credit rating surveillance.
Providing quarterly balance confirmation from banks, statements and other details required by auditors for the quarterly audit purpose.
Preferred candidate profile:
CA/MBA with relevant experience in the Treasury of a NBFC.
Candidate must have positive communication skills (Oral & written).
