Plan and manage branch activities to support enrollment and operational goals.
Oversee the complete student lifecycle from inquiry to post-admission support.
Build and maintain skilled relationships with schools and educational institutions.
Organize and support seminars, information sessions, and community outreach programs.
Guide and support branch teams on academic offerings and student services.
Monitor daily admission activities, follow-ups, and documentation processes.
Ensure coordination between academic, sales support, and operations teams.
Address staff concerns, operational issues, and customer queries in a timely manner.
Track branch performance, maintain MIS reports, and share regular updates.




Oversee end-to-end branch operations while ensuring process adherence.
