Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence in our NBFC business.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve branch business and revenue targets.
Manage branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead and motivate the branch team to deliver exceptional performance.
Drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-selling.
Monitor portfolio quality, recoveries, and customer service standards.
Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and RBI guidelines.

Eligibility
Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).
5–8 years of experience in Banking/NBFC/Gold Loan/Financial Services.




Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Head or in a similar leadership role.
Solid leadership, sales, operational, and customer relationship management skills.
