Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day branch operations.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and fitness teams.
Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
Monitor membership renewals and retention activities.
Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain operational standards, hygiene, and safety.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with management on business growth initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3–7 years of experience in gym, fitness, retail, hospitality, or service industry.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and sales abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/software systems.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
