Key Responsibilities
Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
Verify billing details, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
Maintain billing records and customer account information.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with collections.
Process credit notes, debit notes, and billing adjustments.
Reconcile billing records with accounts receivable.
Prepare billing reports and maintain documentation.




Ensure compliance with company policies and GST regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0–1 years of experience in billing, accounts, or finance.
Freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/billing software such as Tally, ERP, or SAP.
Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
