Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
Understand client requirements and present customized digital solutions.
Schedule meetings with prospective clients and conduct discovery calls.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Coordinate with the creative and project teams for smooth project onboarding.
Build long-term relationships with clients and identify upselling opportunities.
Maintain CRM and submit weekly sales reports.
Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, websites, SEO,
social media, and advertising.
Confidence in pitching to founders, startups, SMEs, and corporate clients.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Prior B2B sales or agency experience is an advantage.

Salary
Freshers: ₹5000 – ₹8000 per month + Incentives
Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000+ per month + Incentives (based on experience)
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
