Branch Manager: Chennai & Vellore

Key Responsibilities
Drive Micro LAP business through open market sourcing.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
Develop business through direct sourcing, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
Ensure quality sourcing, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical

Preferred candidate profile
Branch Manager: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Micro LAP/LAP/Mortgage sales.(location is Chennai and Vellore)
Regional Sales Manager / Cluster Sales Manager: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Micro LAP/LAP/Mortgage sales.(location is Chennai)
Mandatory team handling experience.
Robust experience in open market sourcing.
Positive network in the local market with proven business delivery.
Excellent leadership, relationship management, and sales skills.
