Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Interiors team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, generating leads, building robust client relationships, and supporting the sales process for interior fit-out and design projects. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, communication, and the interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, corporate clients, and channel partners.
Schedule client meetings and presentations to understand customer requirements.
Promote the company's interior solutions, products, and services to prospective clients.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
Coordinate with the Design, Estimation,



and Project teams to provide suitable solutions to clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings whenever required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or any related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or the Interior/Furniture/Fit-out industry are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
