Role & responsibilities
Prepare coordinated Revit models and shop drawings.
Develop Revit families, including generic and parametric families, to accurately represent the components.
Utilize interference checks and clash detection, resolving clashes as per project requirements.
Create required families based on project specifications and design requirements.
Collaborate with design engineers to ensure alignment with project objectives and standards.
Set up projects and templates for design work, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Conduct frequent site visits to understand site conditions and resolve clashes as needed.
Prepare coordinated Revit models, shop drawings, and as-built drawings to reflect project changes and updates.
Coordinate models with architectural, interior, and structural designs to ensure integration and functionality.
Preferred candidate profile
Familiarity with other BIM software and tools.
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is added advantage.
Extensive experience with REVIT and AUTOCAD 2D & 3D.
