We're Hiring | BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler (Revit Specialist) Mofra Design & Engineering Pvt. Ltd is looking for an experienced BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler to join our team and work on exciting "International Telecom and Infrastructure projects".

Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full time Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain precise 3D BIM models for telecom sites using Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structures, Electrical Equipment, Telecom Antennas). Execute correct Georeferencing setups using local coordinate systems (UTM, Lambert93, OSGB36, etc.), configuring Project Base Points and Survey Points accurately. Apply strict project phasing (AIM and SITUATION) and asset life-cycle metadata (CNX_AssetStatus).

Utilize automation scripts and Dynamo routines (e.g., Base Model Generator, UpdateAssets) to populate model metadata and link inventory data. Perform quality checks using Autodesk Revit Model Checker (XML rule sets)



and internal QA tools to achieve 100% compliance scores. Collaborate with the Site BIM Coordinator to resolve model clashes, warnings, and missing inventory parameters.

Requirements 2 years of experience in Autodesk Revit Robust knowledge of Revit (Modeling, Family Creation, Work-sharing & Georeferencing) Experience with Dynamo, BIM coordination, and QA/QC workflows Telecom infrastructure experience is an added advantage Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Why Join Us?
