Responsible for Handling Customer Inquiry, Submitting the Quotation, Following up on the quotation, Preparing Purchase Order, Submitting Invoice, Eway Bill, and Payment Follow Up
Responsible for Handling Customer Service Request and ensuring bill raising against service given of each service engineer.
Ensuring Customer Receives their site report once customer has visited the site along with Invoice.
Tendering Preparation and Submission.
Assisting the other Back Office Staff
Liaising from Customer Inquiry to Payment Follow up
Pay: ₹10,707.34 - ₹25,000.00 per month
