Job Title: Business Development Executive (Upwork & International Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive with proven experience in Upwork bidding and international client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating leads, writing winning proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients for software development services.

Candidates from Kashmir will be given preference, as occasional in-person meetings may be required.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow business through Upwork, Freelancer.com, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.
Identify and bid on high-quality projects with personalized, winning proposals.
Perform cold outreach to potential clients.
Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
Coordinate with the technical team to prepare project estimates and proposals.
Maintain CRM records and track the complete sales pipeline.
Meet monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding and business development for IT/software services.
Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork (experience with Freelancer.com is an added advantage).
Strong understanding of software development services, including:
Web Development
Mobile App Development
UI/UX Design
Digital Marketing
Custom Software Development
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and lead generation.
Robust negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Ability to work during US/UK business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates based in Kashmir are preferred.
Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia).
