Job Title: AMC Sales & Service Executive – HVAC We are looking for an AMC Sales & Service Executive to handle HVAC Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), customer coordination, sales and service activities.

Responsibilities - Generate leads and acquire current AMC customers.
Explain HVAC AMC plans and services to customers.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Convert leads into AMC contracts.
Follow up for AMC renewals and payments.
Coordinate HVAC technicians for AMC preventive maintenance and breakdown calls.
Schedule service visits and monitor pending complaints.
Maintain customer and service records.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
coordinate with on field technicians.
Achieve monthly AMC sales targets.

Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in HVAC AMC Sales / Service preferred.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Valuable customer-handling and follow-up skills.
knowledge of MS office, email band tally.
