BIW Upper Body JD
Experience in Automotive BIW Upper Body design and development.
Knowledge of Roof, Side Body, Pillar, Roof Rail, Header Rail, Cross Members, and Body Structure components.
Hands-on experience in CATIA V5 for 3D modeling, assembly, and drafting.
Robust knowledge of sheet metal design and manufacturing processes.
Understanding of GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, spot welding, and joining methods.
Experience in product development, design release, and engineering change management.
Coordination with CAE, validation, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
Knowledge of automotive standards and OEM development lifecycle.
Experience in Teamcenter/PLM tools preferred.
