Job Title: Business Development Associate (Tele Sales)

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are hiring motivated and target-driven Business Development Associates to promote and sell Ayurvedic healthcare products through outbound sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to promote and sell Ayurvedic healthcare products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth

. - Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.
Maintain customer records and follow up with potential leads.





Eligibility - Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
6 months to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Handling.
Experience in Healthcare, FMCG, Wellness, or Ayurvedic products will be an added advantage. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
