ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a generalist role at a small, founder-led financial services firm, ideal for someone who wants broad exposure across finance, operations, and business growth rather than a narrow, siloed job. The executive will work directly with the founder and support day-to-day running of client relationships, back-office processes, and outreach efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Servicing

● Assist with client onboarding, KYC, and documentation for mutual funds/insurance

● Support portfolio review preparation and follow-ups with existing clients

● Handle client queries via calls/WhatsApp under founder's guidance

Operations

● Maintain client records, transaction tracking, and compliance documentation

● Coordinate with AMCs/insurers for servicing requests

● Support in maintaining trackers (Excel-based) for leads, renewals, and follow-ups

Business Development & Marketing Support





● Assist with lead follow-up and nurturing (WhatsApp-based outreach)

● Support content/social media efforts (LinkedIn, Instagram) as needed

● Participate in local investor awareness initiatives and events

● Support new client acquisition and referral generation efforts

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

● Graduate/MBA (Finance, Commerce, or related field); freshers welcome

● Interest in financial services; mutual funds/insurance knowledge a plus, not mandatory

● Comfortable with MS Excel and basic office tools

● Positive communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English

● Self-starter, comfortable in a small-team, multi-tasking workplace

● Based in or willing to relocate to Nashik, Maharashtra

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
