Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can independently generate leads, close deals, and build a consistent B2B sales pipeline. This is a Hybrid role with a performance-linked compensation structure, ideal for specialists who thrive in target-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and close B2B sales through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across domestic and international markets




Identify client requirements and pitch relevant digital marketing, software, and AI solutions
Schedule and coordinate product demos and meetings with pre-sales or technical teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools
Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets consistently
Develop long-term relationships with clients and partners

Sales Targets & Compensation Model (Important)
Minimum Monthly Sales Target: USD 5,000
Fixed Salary: Payable only in months where the minimum sales target is achieved
Commission / Referral Incentive: If the target is not achieved in a given month, the candidate will earn 20% commission on each successfully closed deal for that month
