Role Overview The Executive – Business Development will drive institutional and corporate group sales across Kottayam and nearby regions. This role requires solid local network penetration and field sales execution.

Key Responsibilities - Generate leads from schools, colleges, corporates, and coaching institutes in Kottayam region
Conduct meetings with institutional heads and corporate HR/Admin teams
Drive group bookings and seasonal campaigns
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline
Achieve defined revenue targets Qualification & Experience - Graduate / MBA preferred
2–5 years of experience in field sales / B2B / institutional sales Desired Profile - Malayalam & English fluency (mandatory)
Willingness to travel across Kottayam
Two-wheeler (mandatory)
