Brand Head / Business Head – Premium Menswear

Location: Mumbai

Compensation: ₹70–80 LPA (Flexible for the right candidate)Industry: Premium Fashion / Luxury Retail

About the Role

We are hiring a Brand Head / Business Head for a leading premium menswear brand. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business growth, brand positioning, product strategy, and commercial performance. This is not a design role.

We are looking for a business leader who began their career in menswear design and has successfully transitioned into leading brands, managing P&L;, building high-performing teams, and driving business growth.The ideal candidate combines deep product expertise with strong commercial acumen and has the ability to bridge creativity with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall brand and business strategy.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Own the brand P&L; and deliver key business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams across Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, Retail, Marketing, E-commerce, and Supply Chain.
Define product and category strategies aligned with customer insights and market trends.




Ensure commercially successful collections while maintaining premium brand positioning.
Build strong go-to-market strategies across offline and online channels.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new growth prospects and expansion strategies.
Establish performance metrics and drive operational excellence across business functions.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams.

Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in Premium or Luxury Menswear.
Career progression from Menswear Designer to Brand Head, Business Head, Category Head, or Business Leadership r ole.• Solid understanding of menswear design, garment construction, fits, fabrics, product development, and consumer trends.
Proven experience managing business strategy, P&L;, revenue growth, and brand performance.
Solid leadership experience managing large cross-functional teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance creativity and commercial success.
