Management

Credit, Risk, Audit, Monitoring, and Compliance departments.
Act as the primary relationship manager between the firm and assigned banks.
Ensure regular follow-ups and engagement with key decision-makers.
Bank Visits G Representation
Plan and execute regular visits to PSU bank offices at HO/ZO/RO levels.
Professionally represent the firm, its credentials, partners, and service offerings.
Participate in bank meetings, seminars, and official interactions where required.
Empanelment G Onboarding
Identify banks where the firm is not empanelled.
Coordinate and execute the empanelment process, including:




Collection and submission of required documents
Follow-up with bank authorities
Tracking empanelment status
Maintain an updated database of empanelment validity and renewal timelines.
Coordination G Internal Support
Coordinate with internal audit teams and partners for proposal submissions and execution planning.
Support preparation of proposals, capability statements, and presentations for banks.
Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution team after assignment confirmation.
Market G Industry Intelligence
Track updates related to:
RBI guidelines
Bank circulars related to audits and monitoring
Empanelment norms and changes
Share market insights and competitor intelligence with leadership.
