Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (B2C) to lead our admissions and sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the EdTech industry, robust leadership skills, and experience in managing high-performing sales teams. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, achieving admission targets, mentoring the team, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Management
Drive B2C admissions and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize student enrollments.
Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to admission closure.
Ensure high conversion rates through effective counselling and follow-up.

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs), Team Leaders, and Academic Counsellors.
Conduct daily sales reviews, performance tracking, and coaching sessions.




Set individual and team KPIs and monitor performance against targets.
Motivate the team through continuous training and performance feedback.

Sales Operations
Monitor daily calling activities, talk time, follow-ups, demos, and conversions.
Ensure proper CRM usage and maintain accurate lead management.
Analyze sales reports and identify areas for process improvement.
Develop action plans to improve productivity and team performance.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of B2C Sales experience in the EdTech industry.
Minimum 2 years of Team Handling experience (Mandatory).
Proven experience in achieving revenue and admission targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Ability to work in a target-driven, rapid-paced workplace.
