Job role - CAD Engineer.

Experience Required:
5+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design and CAD modeling
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Medical Devices domain or a relevant industry (preferred)

Educational Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) with strong academic performance

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical components with a focus on plastic molded parts
Perform mold flow analysis and ensure manufacturability of designs
Apply DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles in product development
Create detailed CAD models, assemblies, and drawings
Conduct tolerance analysis and GD&T; implementation, including tolerance stack-up studies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and product engineering




Maintain proper documentation and design records using PLM/PDM systems

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred)
Robust knowledge of GD&T; and tolerance analysis
Valuable understanding of engineering fundamentals and design calculations
Exposure to plastic component design and manufacturing processes
Experience with PLM & PDM software systems
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product lifecycleRole & responsibilities
