Business Development Executive (B2B – Educational Institutions)

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for a leading EdTech organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling cutting-edge Learning Management System (LMS) solutions and digital learning programs for students from Classes 1 to 12. This is a field sales role focused on building partnerships with schools and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach prospective schools within the assigned territory.
Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
Schedule meetings with school principals, management, and decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Explain the features and advantages of the LMS platform and digital learning solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
Prepare and present commercial proposals.
Negotiate with clients and successfully close sales.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline using the CRM system.
Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth client onboarding.




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Submit regular sales activity and performance reports.

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in:
Business Development
Field Sales
Institutional Sales
EdTech Sales

Experience working with schools or educational institutions will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Relationship-building and networking skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within Malappuram and Kozhikode.
Valid driving license and own two-wheeler preferred.
