Business Development Executive (BDE) – Interiors, Furniture & Construction .

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3–5 years of experience in furniture, interior, and construction projects. Candidates should be any graduates with positive communication and coordination skills and experience in lead generation, client handling, sales, and business development.

Responsibilities
Find new customers and generate leads.
Make calls, meet clients, and visit sites.
Build relationships with customers and business partners.
Promote furniture, interior, renovation, and construction services.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Develop referrals and channel partners.
Find new projects and business opportunities.
Track competitors and market trends.
Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams.
Maintain customer and sales records.




Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction.
Generate repeat business and referrals.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Requirements :
Any Graduate.
3–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Valuable customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience in Furniture, Interior, or Construction industry is preferred.
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
