About the Role

We are looking for a agile and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end B2B sales, from lead generation to deal closure, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end sales, including lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Robust communication, presentation,



and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and sales tracking.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
