Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Business Development Manager, located in Ahmedabad.

The Business Development

Manager will be responsible for identifying new markets, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand the company’s market presence.



Additional responsibilities include creating and presenting business proposals, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and client engagement. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in Business Development and Sales, including market research, customer relationship management, and contract negotiation
Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
Candidate must have prior experience in the same field, i.e., Bromine and Chlorine derivatives, and fine/API intermediates
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
