Experience Landscape

Proven track record in senior administrative roles within higher education (e.g., Director, Principal, Provost, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Vice Chancellor etc.).

Demonstrated capability in managing independent campus operations

Solid team-building skills with a reputation for driving academic and research excellence.

Core Responsibilities
Academic & Administrative Leadership

Provide strategic direction to all academic programs, thereby ensuring contemporary specialization courses, curriculum compliance, and contemporary pedagogical practices.

Oversee day-to-day campus operations, including faculty & student affairs, classroom delivery, lab performances, evaluation, and assessments.





Establish rigorous quality control frameworks aligned with core values and the regulatory and accreditation / ranking bodies
Institutional Building & Scaling

Lead the initial setup phases

Render necessary support in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining high-performing faculty and administrative staff to build a robust campus ecosystem.

Drive student enrolment strategies in coordination with the University Admission team.

Timely plan infrastructural and resource enhancements
Industry Partnerships and Research Ecosystem

Envisage and forge solid industry-academia partnerships.

Drive the campus research and innovation by encouraging faculty and scholars to secure research grants, government funding, and corporate-sponsored projects.
