Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and the project team.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety compliance.
Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and documentation.
Verify measurements and monitor material usage at the site.
Resolve in office technical issues and coordinate with the design team when required.
Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and company policies.
Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
2–3 years of experience in civil construction or with a Project Management Consultant (PMC).
Valuable knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
