Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
Read, interpret, and execute work as per architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
Verify site measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship, and safety compliance.
Resolve technical and site-related issues during project execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
Coordinate material requirements and site resources for uninterrupted work execution.
