Recruit teachers and support staff.
Train, mentor, and motivate employees.
Centre Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Administration
Maintain student records and documentation.
Prepare attendance and payroll inputs.
Financial Management
Monitor centre revenue and expenses.
Optimize operational costs.
