Sales Support
Data Management and distribution
Dialer and campaigns management
Manage end to end business MIS and reports.
Monthly target planning

Major challenges
Providing support to constantly changing sales process, trainings and timely set up of processes

Hourly sales tracking and take action to improve productivity in term of data analytics.

Interactions
Internal Clients: Call Center, Field, Ops and Service.
External Clients: DBS Bank.
