Centre Head – Preschool/Early Learning CentrePosition Overview The Centre Head is responsible for the overall management of the preschool, ensuring excellence in academics, operations, staff management, parent engagement, and admissions. The role requires a passionate leader who can create a secure, positive, and stimulating setting for children while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the centre.
Ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum and learning programmes.
Recruit, guide, and support teachers and administrative staff.
Maintain a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment.
Build robust relationships with parents and address their concerns promptly.
Manage admissions, enrolment targets, and parent enquiries.
Organise school events, meetings, and activities.




Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Monitor the centre's performance and work towards continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in education, management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in education, with previous leadership experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
