As Business Development Manager Air & Ocean, you will drive growth in the Project Logistics business by identifying opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering innovative logistics solutions across specialized cargo and multimodal transportation.

Key Responsibilities
Business development: Identify current opportunities, develop proposals, and support sales targets.
Customer relationship management: Act as key contact, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships.
Project coordination: Align customer commitments with operational capabilities for seamless execution.
Market intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and provide commercial insights.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with operations, finance, procurement,



and external partners.
Compliance & governance: Ensure adherence to regulations, documentation standards, and ethical practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years in sales, business development, or freight forwarding.
Proven experience in project logistics, specialized cargo, or multimodal transport.
Solid knowledge of Air & Ocean freight forwarding and supply chain management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Certifications
Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, or Project Management certifications.
Exposure to project cargo operations, heavy lift logistics, and multimodal frameworks.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and commercial governance.
